Jess and I celebrated our anniversary this past July in Comfort, TX and ate at 814 Texas Bistro. The food was amazing, and the restaurant is a Comfort staple, but they hadn’t really taken advantage of their branding. So, I used their bistro as an opportunity to explore some ideas.
In the morning, before I start my workday, I like to spend ~30mins doing some kind of creative exercise (drawing, writing, or reading). So, I spent a few mornings brainstorming and developing this rebrand. I’ve always wanted to brand a restaurant (there are a lot of cool, little things that you get to make), and so, I used this as an opportunity to play.
